Integrating Fishbowl Advanced with QuickBooks Desktop ensures a seamless business process. Here are the steps to do so.
Open the Accounting Integration Module in FishBowl and select QuickBooks Connection. Add a new user in QuickBooks Desktop with the role “Full Access”.
In FishBowl’s Accounting Integration Wizard, select the QuickBooks company file. In QuickBooks, open the Application Certificate and select “Yes, always; allow access even if QuickBooks is closed.”
In Fishbowl, open the QB company file again in the integration wizard. Choose the default accounts either from Fishbowl or QuickBooks.
Choose the data to be imported from QuickBooks into Fishbowl. Click “Finish”.
