ProSeries Client Letters or Invoices Not Printing
If client letters or invoices aren’t printing in ProSeries, here’s a clear guide to help you fix the issue:
Step 1: Check Your Printer Setup
Go to File > Print Options > Printer, PDF, and DMS Setup.
Select or change to the correct printer.
Step 2: Adjust Print Settings
Go to File > Print Options > Print with Return.
Ensure that Client Invoices and selected letters are checked.
Step 3: Restore Letter Templates
Open Tools > Letters > Manage Standard Letters and click Restore for the required letter.
Step 4: Test Your Printer
Print from another program to verify the printer works.
Step 5: Reinstall ProSeries
