Fix Proseries Missing Letters Issue
If ProSeries letter templates are missing after upgrading, follow these steps to fix the issue:
1. Close ProSeries on your cloud-hosted desktop.

2. Copy Previous Year Templates:
- Open File Explorer and go to I:\ProSeries20YY\ProNetYY\Common (replace YY with the previous year).
- Copy all .ltr and .rtf files except Fdiltr.rtf and Fdiltr.ltr.
3. Paste to Current Year Directory:
Go to I:\ProSeries20YY\ProNetYY\Common (current year) and paste the copied files, overwriting when prompted.
4. Relaunch ProSeries to ensure templates display correctly.
