Drake Software Printing Issues
Step 1 : Go to services.msc and stop Print Spooler service.
Step 2 : Start Print Spooler and Uniprint Control Service.
Step 3 : Open Drake Software and go to setup> Printing>Printer setup
Step 4 : Configure settings as per below image.
Step 5 : Click on Edit Printer Settings and configure it as per below image and click on update.
Step 6 : Click Save. This will close the Printer Set up.
Try to print documents now. It should print fine.
